One of the main reasons I love bullet journaling, other than increasing productivity, is with bullet journaling, it helps in unplugging, getting off to yourself, and reflecting with simple pen and paper.

Well, this is an awesome idea if you want to spice up your food life. The best place to have them is somewhere close to you, which means in your bullet journal. Simply look through Pinterest and magazines, and then list them down.
Weight And Measurements
You can log your bra measurements or jean sizes all on one page or, if you are working out to lose weight, this would be an awesome and ideal place to track all of your body changes and measurements.
Challenge Yourself
For instance, if you want to run a self-challenge like performing random acts of kindness for the next 30 days, you could plan and track this challenge through bullet journaling.
Write Your Seasonal Bucket List.
Have a list ideas of what you want, like a summer bucket list and a spring bucket list.

Anniversaries, public holiday dates, family/ friends meetings dates.

Create a list latest or trendy series that you would like to watch. it’s so to forget what you had planned to watch earlier on after one of your colleagues mentioned. But once in a written form all you have to do is read and type in the movie to watch.

Do you have a list of things you want to buy at some point? The best thing to do is to safeguard the list by noting them down this helps in escaping impulse buying and overspending.

In one way or another, you have learnt some new or some life hacks in the past. Like for instance how to remove chewing gum from your shoes. this an idea that you could make notes of as it will come in handy someday.

You know those habits you keep procrastinating to stop. write them all down and create a strategy on how to stop them. here are some examples of habits to stop to live a better life.

Tracking your moods on how you are feeling overall in a day, could help improve your moods to be better. That way it might improve your social life as well as have more peace at work.
Have a page where you can track your moods make sure you fill on daily bases. And see how they are acting figure out triggered by something if so work on it and track for improvements. or what made your moods better then go for it again

Journaling it could help keep track of the kind of life you live and this would help you know to improve your day normally.

Every month, review things that worked, why they worked, and what extra efforts you added or, if there was a slowdown, what caused the distractions.
See what things to leave behind and dip your toes even more. Such ideas will make you pause and reflect every month, increasing your productivity.

You could also log your special memories and moments for the month in the bullet journal. You never know human being forget a lot and maybe a memory like this could one day make you smile when you come across it.
Keep track of family and friends’ Their birthdays plus holidays as well. So get on to it before you get busy and forget.
Period tracker
I can’t even emphasise on how important I found this to be. Tracking down your periods is when you take notes on when your period started and end, How many days did they last how heavy were they? this time did you experience crumps pains?
Tracking your periods is important this way one if you something irregular like heavy bleeding than normal this could be a result of some foods or drinks you ate during your periods. Yes, some foods are not period friendly.
And if you had pain last time what method worked? Do you want to reuse it and find a different one until you know what works? Have a page in your journal that you can track how your periods behave.
Favourite scripture
If you have favourites bible verses that you would love to keep safe and have an easy reach then they are better off in your bullet journal. Plus it also means you will be seeing them often and getting inspired when you come across them.
Work meeting dates
Note down any work meetings dates to avoid disappointments incase you forget. Tick them off once you attend
Motivational and inspirational quotes
Do you have some inspiration or motivation quotes that inspire you? Then take them into your journal and that way they will always be close to you anytime you need them for inspiration.
Things To Do

Before you have this in your journal you will have to ensure its only for private and for personal use. Otherwise having your passwords seen by other people could jeopardise your privacy.
But if your journal is private and secure you could create a page where you have all your passwords written down. Social media passwords any other passwords you would want to note down.
Cleaning Checklist.
List down anything you plan clean windows, bedsheets, microwave, oven bathrooms etc the list is long. brainstorm and write them down as well as when you want to do it.
Emergency Contacts
Have a page of emergency contacts who in case you lost your phone or if something ever happened people who have access to call someone who knows you.
I always find this a must and very useful. In my Journal, for example, I have a page with mobile numbers of my husband, my mom and my best friend as an emergency contact list.
Places You Wish To Visit.
There places you dream to visit. Have them in a list. As for me, my dream places to visit are Paris, Newyork, and SouthAfrica. what are your dream places tell me in the comments below!

You have some skills you would want to learn could drawing, new language, boxing whatever is in your mind that you want to learn note down and figure out how to get started.
Ok, for instance, me I want to learn some self-defence tricks someday, basic drawing, learn how to speak Chinese, You see we all have something we want to learn.list your down and get on to it now you have time.

New stop dreaming big! unless you very comfortable with your career. in this case, I will assume you still want to advance your career life or even change. Journal those career ideas down and that will step number one to motivation.
